Another bitter celebrity divorce is getting uglier. Actress Anne Heche's husband is accusing the "Men In Trees star" of "bizarre and delusional behavior" and claims she has "poor parenting skills."

In court papers obtained by INSIDE EDITION, Coley Laffoon is
Demanding $33,000 dollars a month in spousal support from Heche.

He also reveals Heche's salary on the ABC show is $81,000 an episode.

A spokesperson for Heche fires back, saying "It is disappointing that Coley Laffoon has resorted to filing lies with the court because Anne would not cave in to his astronomical monetary demands."

Their marriage ended when Heche left her husband for her "Men in Trees" co-star James Tupper.
